We love being rooted in the heart of historic Old Monterey, steps from great coffee, local eats, and the coastal breeze. We also know that parking downtown can feel like a bit of a puzzle. This guide is here to help you find the setup that fits your day.
We have a small private lot, and daily spaces are limited. They tend to fill quickly, especially during peak hours, so we encourage most members and guests to get to know the nearby options too.
Most of the street parking around The Pearl Works is free for 2 hours. It's the most popular choice, and for a lot of people it's a welcome excuse to step away from the screen, stretch, and catch a little sunshine on the way to move the car.
One heads-up: downtown time limits are actively monitored, so set a timer on your phone. A two-hour break walk is lovely. A parking ticket is less lovely.
We've put together a Google Map list of our go-to spots, including free and paid options within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
If you'd rather park once and forget about it, the City of Monterey runs several public garages and lots within a short stroll of us. These are a great fit for regulars.
The city offers parking permits on monthly, quarterly, and annual terms, with discounts for longer commitments. Rates change from time to time, so check the city's site for current pricing:
Wherever you park, we're here to make your workday feel grounded and easy, logistics included.
