To keep a community thriving, we must constantly balance the tiny details with the overarching experience. This means investing in both the physical and emotional infrastructure that makes The Pearl Works the unique and refreshingly human place to land that it has become over the past almost 5 years.
Starting July 1st, we are adjusting our Community Membership to $60/month and our one-off Day Passes to $55.
This shift reflects the deep intention we pour into everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you are a local founder rooted here or a professional just passing through the Monterey Peninsula, we believe you deserve an environment that supports you and your work.
Responding to What is Current
This pricing update ensures we can keep saying yes to relevant improvements and infrastructure our community asks for. It also allows our team to maintain a healthy and sustainable balance: providing a warm, personalized welcome for new visitors while remaining fully present and available to the dedicated members who drive our culture every day.
What Stays the Same for Members
Community Members will continue to receive 2 days of coworking per month, access to all community events, and discounted day passes for extra visits. Members will also keep their 50% guest code to share with a friend or colleague for their first visit because the best way to grow this community has always been through the people already in it.

The Pearl Works began as a labor of love, and though our ecosystem has grown, that heartbeat remains the same. By making aligned decisions around growth, we are honoring the deep, meaningful work that comes through our doors every day.
