Where can I park?
Downtown Monterey has lots of monitored 2-hour street parking and several public parking garages within walking distance.
We also have a limited number of full-time parking passes (on-site and nearby) and a few day-use parking spots available for $10/day. Ask the TPW team for availability and booking.
When is The Pearl Works open?
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm.
What is nearby The Pearl Works?
We are right in the heart of of downtown Monterey. There are plenty of amazing shops and places to grab food and drinks!
Are you a vaccinated workspace?
All members and day pass users using our common areas must verify their vaccination. Click here to verify your vaccination.

Are you pet friendly?
Sometimes. We have a wonderful mascot Ringo. We require that all furry dog friends get along with him and are respectful of the space and our members.
Can I take phone calls in the space?
Quick calls (less than 5 min) are fine at your desk — just keep your voice low. For longer convos, Zoom meetings, or anything sensitive or loud, please use a phone booth or book a meeting room. If your call is disrupting others, our team may gently ask you to relocate.
How do meeting room credits work?
Credits are issued monthly and reset on the 1st of each month. They’re used when you book a room (not when the meeting happens). Meeting rooms cost between 3–6 credits per hour. Unused credits don’t roll over — so go ahead and use 'em! Need more time? Additional hours are billed at our discounted member rate and added to your next invoice.
